DOMESTIC FUEL PRICES are likely to remain above prewar levels through yearend amid renewed escalation of the Middle East war and a stronger dollar, the Department of Energy (DoE) said on Monday.
Energy Secretary Sharon S. Garin noted that global oil prices remain highly volatile as the Middle East war drags on.
